Geoff Naunheim - Executive Director (he/him)

Geoff came to United Way in the fall of 2017, serving in the Community Investment role before being asked to take over as Interim Executive Director in the spring of 2022. He began the role of full Executive Director in the fall of that same year. Geoff graduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio with a BA in Art History. Outside of work, Geoff loves hiking and is working on the New England’s 100 Highest and 4000 Footers lists. He has also been known to play in local punk and garage bands, on occasion.

Jenny Coeur - Program Manager (she/her)

A long-time resident of the Pioneer Valley and North Quabbin regions, Jenny joined the United Way team with many years of experience as a community-focused educator and coordinator. Her background in education is perfect for the program-oriented work that she leads. She graduated with a BA from Hampshire College and an MEd from UMass Amherst.

Holly Martineau - Director of Development (she/her)

Holly is an experienced fundraiser with an impressive history of working with nonprofits, including colleges agencies, and as a consultant. Holly got her start with United Way after volunteering to work the phones and discovering that she loved working with donors and asking for money. She holds a BA from Springfield College and lives in Florence with her husband. Her additional secret power is that she is a Certified Expert Knitter.

Sandy Parrotta - Finance Manager (she/her)

Sandy is home-grown in the Pioneer Valley and has worked in finance in non-profits and manufacturing. She and her husband own two cats, Duncan and Piper (nicknamed “Pipes” for her constant meowing). Sandy loves travel and looks forward to seeing more of the U.S.

Elsa Kieffer - Development Coordinator (she/her)

Raised in the Pioneer Valley, Elsa Kieffer has worked with nonprofits since studying at Mount Holyoke College. She has since graduated, with a bachelors in English and Environmental studies, and brings us a love of data, spreadsheets, and color coordinating files as our Development Coordinator. On her days off she's currently learning to compose synthesized music and write short stories.

Greg Malynoski - Development Officer (he/him)

A lifelong Northampton resident, Greg has over 35 years of fundraising experience. He has been a volunteer, committee or board member on several not for profits throughout the Pioneer Valley during his active and post professional career. He holds a BS and Med from Springfield College and lives in Florence with his wife Kathy and son Ben, who is majoring in Saxophone Jazz Performance at the Jackie McLean Institute of Jazz at the University of Hartford. He enjoys listening to many genres of live music and is known to watch almost any type of sporting event.
